ブラウザでインラインまたはダウンロードの Content-Type とファイル名指定

インライン表示させたい時

Content-Type: application/pdf
Content-Disposition: inline; filename=foo.pdf

※2行目のファイル名指定で、IEおよびEdge以外のブラウザはダウンロードしたURL末尾をファイル名として扱ってくれます(インライン表示後の保存など)

ダウンロードさせたい時

Content-Type: application/octet-stream
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=foo.pdf
