npm を実行すると (node:5168) [DEP0022] DeprecationWarning: os.tmpDir() is deprecated. Use os.tmpdir() な警告が出る アップデートを行っても $ npm -v で同様の警告 アップデート後のパス設定が適用されていないらしく、sshへ再度入り直すことでバージョンも上記の警告も解消された
